The rooms are very spacious and beautiful, staff is polite and well hospitable. Really loved the food here, buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and dessert. View of Naini lake from hotel is mesmerising. The valet parking is a plus plus to convenience. Regulars shuttles to & from Mall Road also add to advantages of this hotel.

Beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and the staff were wonderful - polite, efficient and friendly. In particular, they were very helpful to my elderly father.

Excellent service by extremely courteous staff. Very good breakfast spread. The property was a short drive from the mall road. The hotel provides a pick up and drop shuttle service. Overall an amazing stay.

The Spread was good with lots of Vegetarian Options. Staff is amazing and view is stunning facing Taal view.
